IQ test for kids

Why Should Children Take an IQ Test?

Is your child gifted? Or does he or she experience difficulties in learning? These questions are not always easy to answer. Gifted children are not always high achievers at school, while average or high-performing children may still struggle in certain areas of learning—difficulties that can be hidden by their strengths in others.

IQ tests provide precise, personalized measurements of a child’s cognitive abilities. Based on these insights, parents can better understand their child and plan a suitable development pathway—whether to nurture their full potential or to provide timely support for learning challenges. For this reason, taking an IQ test at an early age can be highly beneficial.

About Us

Our PhD-developed test was established in 2008. Over the past decade, it has been taken approximately 16 million times worldwide. This large sample size allows your child’s results to be compared against a broad and diverse population.

In IQ testing, scores do not have absolute meaning; they are always relative to the population being tested. The larger and more representative the comparison group, the more reliable and meaningful the results.

According to our internal analysis, the test demonstrates a high level of validity and reliability. According to statistics, the test has an accuracy rate of 99.14%.

In addition to providing scores, we also offer personalized recommendations to help guide your child’s development in a way that best matches their abilities. This means the test is not just about numbers—it is about understanding and growth.

Test Method

On this website, we use a fluid reasoning test that measures the ability to solve novel problems without relying on prior knowledge. It evaluates how well a child can identify patterns, analyze relationships, and apply logical thinking.

These skills are essential for problem-solving in areas such as science, mathematics, and technology. As a result, the test can help indicate a child’s potential for academic performance.

The test is designed as a culture-fair assessment, meaning that children are evaluated equally regardless of their cultural background, language, or education level.

The duration of the test is 25–30 minutes, carefully designed to match children’s attention spans while still ensuring accurate and reliable results.

This test is inspired by the Raven's Progressive Matrices, first published in 1938—one of the most widely recognized and respected tools in cognitive assessment.

Instructions

The IQ test for children includes 36–60 questions and is scored automatically within 25–30 minutes.
If your child finds more than one possible answer, they should choose the simplest one.
Incorrect answers do not affect the final score, so it is better to guess than to leave a question unanswered.
Please do not share or publish the test content or answers with others.
